How do I order a stork yard sign?
Yard signs can be ordered directly on our website using the Order Now link. You can also call us at

How far in advance can I order a stork yard sign?
We will take orders in advance if we have the availability to do so. The products in our store will show a pre-order option or an order now option depending on our storks availability during that time.
Can I personalize the information on the baby bundle?
Absolutely! The most common information includes the name, weight, length and date of birth, but we are happy to include alternate information if space allows. Contact us to discuss your personalization request.
When will my stork yard sign be delivered?
Yard signs are delivered seven days a week, and we'll set up your yard sign within 24-48 hours of receiving your order (dependent upon availability).
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver throughout Mecklenburg County and surrounding areas within 25 miles of area code 28270. Contact us if you have a specific question about your delivery area or if the area is more than 25 miles.
Is there a fee to deliver, set up and remove the yard sign?
The delivery fees will be as follows from 28270: 0-10mi - Free, 10-15mi - $10.00, 15-20mi - $20.00 and 20-25 mi - $35.00. If you are beyond 25mi from 28270, please contact us first before placing the order.
Does someone need to be at home when the stork arrives?
There is no need for someone to be home when your stork yard sign is delivered or picked up. We will send a text message to the primary contact person to confirm delivery of the stork.
Where will you place the sign in the yard?
We use our best judgement when placing the signs. We choose the best location possible for visibility, as well as for photos. Sometimes there are issues (sprinkler systems, trees, landscaping) that will dictate placement. If there is a specific location you would like to have the sign placed, please let us know when you order and we will do our very best to place it there.
Is there sales tax?
Yes, sales tax will be calculated during checkout, based on NC taxes.
Can I move my sign or add things to it like balloons?
Please do not move or move the sign! If you need the sign to be removed, please call us at 704-286-9598 and arrangements will be made to get the sign taken care of as soon as possible. Use caution with any lawn maintenance as any contact with the sign could cause damage. Please avoid activities near the sign during the rental period.
Do not attach anything to the sign, including balloons. In the event a balloon would pop while attached to the sign, the latex may melt to the sign in sunny conditions causing permanent damage. If you notice any damage to the sign, please notify us at 704-286-9598 immediately.
The signs are not designed for climbing children and we are not responsible or liable for any injury involving the sign while on the renter’s property. Upon ordering a lawn sign rental from Charlotte Stork Company the homeowner accepts responsibility for the sign while on renter’s property.

You make an error on your order, we can normally replace your order at a discount. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we can correct the errors (info@charlottestorkco.com or text 704-286-9598).

We are unable to get into a gated community because we were not given a gate code or it doesn’t work.

The security guard at a gated community refuses to allow us entry. Please note: We stay very busy and we can’t wait at a gate for more than 10 minutes while the guard attempts to contact the homeowner to grant access. It is important that you make arrangements with the guard to give us access prior to the moment of delivery.

The homeowner or recipient does not allow us to set up the sign or calls us to request that we pick up the sign prior to the end of the rental period

If a dog or other animal is threatening or refuses to allow us onto the property

We are unable to deliver due to the property, i.e, not enough dirt to stake our stork or signs.
